We’re working up to breakfast this morning. We’re getting our protein and fat from coconut cream and soy protein powder, our antioxidants from fresh strawberries and some other superfoods: cacao powder and beet powder. A few slices of frozen banana finish out this delicious, nutritious smoothie.
