We should be bright eyed and bushy tailed today. With carotene filled carrots and brain boosting walnuts, this oatmeal tastes like carrot cake. Sweetened with honey and cinnamon, a splash of vanilla and a dollop of coconut cream, this breakfast provides the protein, fiber and fat to fuel you through a busy morning . I think next time I’ll add shredded coconut and some hemp seeds.
