If you plan to work like a farmer you get to eat like a farmer. I have a physical work day today, so am loading up on protein and fat: soy powder shake with bananas, strawberries, beet powder and coconut cream. Dave’s raisin bread French toast with one slice of bacon (two halves). The small amount of saturated fat in the butter and bacon are more than offset by the fruit and good fat in the coconut cream. The strawberries and beet powder also help to keep blood pressure low. As always, include some thing in every meal that was grown in the earth, fresh and uncooked.
